Message I attempted to sent to their customer service, but kept coming up with an error: Your staff need more training in customer service. I was there at 14:00 with my boyfriend and my brother. My boyfriend made a payment for items and asked for a R20 cashback - the teller "forgot" the cashback and just said "do you really need it". So I asked for the cashback instead when paying for my items and said I needed coins as we use this for the car guards. I received a R20 note instead of the coins I asked for and teller was annoyed and didnt even bother calling a manager - one would think a teller needs coins in their till at all times. When my brother made his payment she just threw the slip on the counter. Tellers name is K****tso Ntlhane. If you would prefer we take our business elsewhere I will gladly do so as I have no problem rather shopping at Spar, Woolworths or Pick n Pay if I can't be treated properly at your store. I am a manager myself and would not tolerate this kind of behaviour towards our clients.
