Checkers big *******, overcharging people & Waste your time

Not the 1st time that I have now wasted my time, energy and petrol going to a checkers store and NOT getting what I went for!! On Saturday I went to the Parklands checkers because they had the Cathedral Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon as I bought there last time. I bought the last 4 bottles at Canal Walk Friday evening and wanted more of the wine so went through to Parklands liquor store. They charged me R149 per bottle but in store its R112 because apparently according to that manager there it's being discontinued or deranged who the hell knows! I also paid R112 at Canal Walk per bottle but their liquor store wants to rip you off! I phoned their customer service, spoke to Craig who said he'd phone the manager and phone me back. I stood waiting there sooo long and that manager who refused to give it to me at the price it was supposed to be walked right pass us obviously on the phone with Craig and said nothing! I eventually after standing waiting like 20 to 30 minutes went back into the bottle store and gave the damn wine back for my money! On way back home, Craig phones telling me now that the manager is going to give it to me for that price and after telling him that I've given it back and am on my way back home after going there for NOTHING, he said the offer still stands and I can go back there to get it if I still want it!!! To checkers our valuable time and petrol means absolutely NOTHING!!! And that I stood like a fool there!!!! I'm starting to get sick and tired of being taken for a damn fool by Checkers!!!
