I would like to share my experience of shopping at your store in Sunninghill

I commend your health actions against the Covid pandemic and therefore choose this store to do my weekly/daily shopping. However this has changed.

I was doing my shopping in the store with my elderly father. Both of us were equipped with masks. We were about to get the last few items on our list and one of the staff members approached us - by shouting down the aisle: “Hey 2 people from the same household can not be together one of you have to go.” Confused, we returned to our shopping to get our last item. The lady followed us along with another staff member and stopped us in the aisle. She said the following “Guys I’m back I told one of you to go you can’t be here together and if you want to you must each do your own shopping”.

As much as I know we all need to adhere to the health and safety regulations stores and staff should adhere to these rules as well! In saying that, I noticed a couple of people shopping together and staff unpacking stock and communicating in groups in the aisles.

If that was the rule why did they allow us to go into the shop together and why are they allowing individuals into the store without masks which also happened.

This shopping experience was terrible as I felt we were targeted. We will not be returning. What’s good for one is good for the other.
