Checkers Bethlehem : A disgrace

I have went to Checkers ,Bethlehem branch in Dihlabeng Mall , at Money Market to deposit money for my brother.When I got there , the Cashier experience problem with her till and call Dikeledi Mafahla to assist her. While I was waiting to see that Dikeledi will attend to assist , no one pitch up. I looked back to see whether this Dikeledi is busy or what. I have noticed that she was just chatting with other cashier . By the time she noticed I am expecting her to approach us for assistant , is then she walk toward us.<br> <br> By then the cashier in the Money Marker has managed to fix her till and back to operate. <br> <br> This actions of Dikeledi Mafahla , makes me feel ********, illiterate and not even knowing why I was there. To me, I believe Checkers to be the best in the Group Chain., I did not expect such a behaviour from this brand, I believed they were much more better with service that their sister stores. But shame , what Dikeledi did proves that Checkers still need to train their staff to better up their customer service. We don't want to see more of the Dikeledi's kind in Checkers<br> <br> Someone with authority , please assist to clean store that has this kind.....
