Checkers -- becoming an unpleasant shopping experience

Who else finds it increasingly unpleasant to shop at Checkers as its delivery staff become more and more rude and annoying? I shopped regularly at Checkers in Gillits and Salt Rock but now try to use alternative chains as I became fed up with delivery staff frequently pushing and bumping customers as they rushed to collect orders. This does not happen in other chains so why can't Checkers management exercise some control?

On the roads, the delivery staff conduct themselves equally badly, and laws and courtesies are ignored there too. I appreciate that they are under pressure to deliver on time and that their livelihoods depend on that, but they create a poor impression of the Checkers brand, and are making shopping at Checkers less and less of an option.
