CHECKERS BAY WEST MALL PORT ELIZABETH

Every time Jacobs cappuccino is on special at Checkers Hyper Baywest Port Elizabeth, there is a problem. They don't deduct the discount at the cashiers. This week it is supposed to be R49. 99 when one swipe the Xtra savings card. I bought 2 boxes, and my husband bought 2 boxes. On my slip, I got one box for the special price, but the 2nd box was charged full price of R64. 99. My husband didn't get any discount after swiping his card. This has been an ongoing problem at this branch. Every time we have to go back to the store and fight to get a refund.
