Checkers Ballito, don't ask about points

Checkers Ballito junction. While checking out items at the express till. The cashier did not swipe my checkers loyalty card. I asked will I be getting points and was told no. So I said please repeat the transaction so I may get the points. The cashier called another manager, they began discussing the water that I was purchasing. I didn't understand what was being spoken about. The manager went to check the price of the water. She return to tell me the it's not on special. I asked will I be getting the points, which she clicked her tongue at and walked of. I asked again will I be getting the points if not please repeat the transaction. The store manager and the previous manager was called to assist. As began explaining the story, I asked if everyone could speak in English so we could all understand what is being said. They still began to query the water. I asked about the points again and my request was ignored again. The security guard now came and stood right next to me. I began to wonder what I had done wrong. When I asked him to what his purpose was for being there he became aggressive and very insulting. He escalated a simple situation. The manager then asked him to leave and he point blank refused. He became more and more aggressive and began to hurl insults. I payed out of frustration. When I asked the cashier what the guards name was she became aggressive as well. The rest of the staff began to cheer him on. He told me he doesn't care we can write a review about him and the store. The staff cheered him on.
