Checkers Bad Service

I went to checkers saveways yesterday 2019-01-14,I only bought five items the cashier rings all items and hands over plastic to me and says "Nayi i plastic " and asked Why is she giving it to me and she says because i don't have a packer,I asked so if you don't have a packer i'm the packer and at the time i'm the only customer on the que her answer was "izinto zakho sis lezi" Then she start packing the stuff and she starts complaining that this is the reason I asked you to pack the things cause a pack of the g****s opened .So my question to checkers is you tell your staff that if you don't have a packer it is the customers responsibility to pack the Goods That She is paying for.Is this what you call customer service .
