Checkers Bad Customer Service

Good day,

I am very much disappointed and annoyed by the bad customer service I had received at Checkers Balfour Park.

On Saturday the 15th of May 2021 I bought a 1.5 litre Coke original, on the shelf it reflected an amount of R15.99 but on the till they charged me R16.99. This ******* and discrepancy of R1.00 may not mean anything to someone but to me it is not only about the amount but also about the principle and integrity of the retailers to their customers.

I am very much upset because this is not the first time that I have been subjected to this kind of behaviour and misconduct from the same dealer shop. Their customer service and etiquette skills is very poor, inept and leaves very much to be desired.

I hope this email would be carried forward to their management for their attention for the benefit of unsuspecting customers whom might be ****med as well.
