Checkers Bad culture

I arrive at your N1 city store and as expected very busy. I am looking I have 2 small stainless steel bowls which I to buy but not willing to stand in extremely long queue. So I the cigarette counter have one customer. She then decided to complain to a possible supervisor about people paying for things not part of her counter in front me and the other person that just paid for cooldrinks and cigarettes. So proceed to ask if I could pay for these to items. Only to be told if you not buying cigaretre then no. Wow... the shop is extremely busy and she has nothing to do, she looked quite bored. I guess this is the culture at this store and have on numerious occasion heard the complaints about how bad management is etc... your store lack professionalism, common sense and team work.
