Useless!!! The 60 minutes must rather be 3 hours. Then they will under promise and over deliver. Have had numerous complaints, nothing gets done. Call center agents don't have answers. Store managers have attitude and are not helpful at all. The one store manager told be now I can cancel my order on the App. Not possible. Going for 3 hours now, no delivery. Pietermaritzburg.
