Checkers

Checkers60sixty have owed me a refund since January. I have furnished them with all the info they required for my claim. Bank statements etc. I have emailed, called, fb inboxed, posted on fb. All to no avail. They confirmed they owe me the refund but I'm yet to receive it. Judging by fb posts this is a common problem. Are Checkers theives?
