Checkers Atrium Bakery

Very disappointed with the service levels at the Checkers Atrium in Durban. Today is my daughters 3rd birthday. The Atrium branch advised us that we should place the order in advance and we did so. Today when my wife arrived to pick up the cake the bakery informed her that they had forgot about it. Very disappointing . They made her wait for 45 mins and gave her another cake. This cake was a slash dash pathetic job. Icing was not very well put on. Cake was stale. And the container did not even fit the cake causing the cake to smudge. Very disappointing indeed.
