Checkers at Ferndale on Republic: Please serve your customers!

The Checkers at Ferndale on Republic needs to install an alarm or buzzer at their Butchery area. If the butchery is there to sell stuff, why is there never anyone behind the counter? I have honestly never been there when there was a person serving behind the counter. I have had to stand there waving my arms to get anyone's attention - and even if you are seen you are still sometimes ignored. I have seen the staff having a meeting in the back room, packing meat, chatting in corners, but never available to serve customers. I do not comprehend how the butchery layout was approved: the staff cannot see when there are clients waiting for service, nor is there any way to attract attention when you want to buy things from the butchery.

Rude staff: Please train your staff regarding good customer service: When a client stands at your till, please tell your staff that it is rude to continue a personal conversation with a colleague, making the customer wait until you are finished. The customer is there to buy products when they are at the till, they are not there to wait until you have time to ring up their products.
