Checkers App is Atrocious

For the third time in succession, pre-authorisation amount has not been reversed after the revised billing amount was processed. Am once again out of pocket for over a thousand rand. Last two occasions the pre-auth amount was not reversed after 10 and 12 days respectively!!! Called ABSA today, they are not prepared to reverse the pre-auth amount from Saturday, this is unacceptable. Checkers won't expedite the reversal, nor will ABSA, I am going to be 1K out of pocket for weeks again until I can prove that the automatic reversal has not happened. I will never use the Checkers app again.
