Checkers app and stock on specials

All other big retailers have some kind of rewards program except checkers. they used to have the checkers app for your smartphone that does not work anymore. and if you looked closely at the pricing you would see that even with the voucher you would find another products normal price is still cheaper. come to the till with your code and 99% of the time the till will not take it and even if it does when you look at your slip you will find 80% of the vouchers did not go register. when going in to a checkers to find a product on special you will see that the smallest space was allocated on the shelf for it and obviously it is empty, when you ask the staff to have a look in the stores there immediate response is that the truck did not deliver the stock ( and that happened with all the products I looked for) I know that I can go to the front and ask for a \rain check"on these products (not one of the shop assistants will tell you this) but the line was so long when I asked the last person how long they been waiting the answer was 1hr30min I will loose more money per hr on my salary than what I would save standing in line"
