Last week I received an email telling me that the spin the wheel is back so I need to swipe my Xtra savings card to qualify. I did just that and suddenly my app that I have been having since last year isn’t working anymore how convenient. It’s been over a week now to no avail of getting someone to fix the error that I keep getting despite 2 agents calling me and telling me that my query will be escalated and it will be fixed in 24-48hours Till to date no one has made a follow up with me whether my app is working or not Pathetic service considering that you are such a big company
