Checkers and their Sixty 60 App are ********.

This appis a **** , I am still awaiting my refund from over a month ago. The call centre people are so rude and *********** in customer service. I was told my purchase is not on the system, how?! When delivery was made! Checkers store managers refuse to assist and refer you to the call centre even though you make them aware that the call centre people are unable to trace your order. I would not recommend anyone to continue or even start using this app. I am so frustrated from the back and forth of trying to get my 15% refund back! It is actually ridiculous and so disappointing the level of service you get when trying to contact the sixty 60 people, even the emails are not responded to as per the app for issues or queries! I do not know how many I have sent with absolutely no one contacting me back. I’ve checked other reviews from the app stores and looks like I am not the only one who they have ****** 15% more of what they ordered and promise to refund back. An absolute ****!
