Checkers and Shoprite Kuruman offers no Convenient shopping at all.

The customer service inside the Checkers stores is exceptional but the Management rules are just not for everyone. The rules set by Management in Shoprite and Checkers store in Kuruman stores clearly states that shopping in their stores is only for people who have cars.

Their trolleys are only allowed out to the parking lot and not to the taxi rank and the taxi rank is just across the road. For people using taxis, shopping is not convenient at all. You have to pay for your goods and also pay for your goods to reach taxi rank so basically we are paying their trolley potters salaries.

This does not make sense at all because we should be able to take our goods to the taxis instead of paying that extra R10 and shorten your transport money just so that the trolley potter can take you to the rank. When we fought this we were told it was decided by management and Kuruman Mall management support it.
