Checkers and Checkers Hyper selling bus tickets for Eldo Coaches

Bought an Eldo Coaches Bus ticket from the store for a a going to Cape Town . The bus was close on 3 hours late, no contact number or customer service contact were working. No proper communication from the attendants on duty at all. When a refund was requested the response was no refunds, you wait or lose your money.
