Checkers allows staff to skip long lines. Bad attitude.

Motshidisi; at checkers in kuruman helps staff ahead of customers who have been waiting long in line.

When I ask to speak to the manager she gives me attitude expressing to me how she doesn't care. I wonder why she cares so little about customer complaints, could it be that checkers feels that customer complaints are not important?
