Checkers Allen's Nek sales stale food

on Saturday I drove to Checkers Allen's Nek to buy a few things, I also bough fat cakes from the bakery. To my horror whey I got home the fat cakes were supper hard, smelling of old oil, when touching them that oils drips on to the hands. They had some unidentified red things in them. I send a WhatsApp on the Checkers WhatsApp number, Was told to call the call center and get a ref number, I did that, also sent proof of purchase and video and pictures of the fat cakes and till date I have not heard anything back. Instead my messages get blue ticked
