Most useless and in-experience staff at information desk. After visiting them about 5 times and after about 11 X-tra saving cards they still cannot activate my card. Every time, network overload and nothing work. Never seen such a bad designed IT network that cannot handle load even on times when the shop are empty. I even show to them that somebody else on the system with my cellphone number therefore they will not be able to register any card for me. They just ignore my statement and say come back tomorrow then it will work. I want to know from Management what process is in place to verify a cellphone number? When I log in with my cellphone number, I receive the pin to enter and the other persons name, surname and ID number appears and after the cellphone tab, my number with a green tick, number verified? How is that possible? Shows you, large corporates don't verify information due if they did it when they registered that person and send him a confirmation message they would pick up he did not. easy method but to much work.
