Checkers a joke

This is the 3rd time I have written a poor review about Checkers Century City and yet still nothing gets any better. I mailed them since Monday and visited their branch to get documentation. The visit to the branch was a 2 hour wait and mails just go unanswered. and yet I am still sitting with nothing. I will be looking for another place to assist me. Checkers is a joke
