Checkers 60sixty doesn’t maintain delivery time

I decided to try out this delivery system during covid to see how their seemingly good program could help with reducing exposure unnecessarily. Firstly you are able to track the order (which you are told will be delivered to you within 60 minutes of your order). My order wasn’t even collected from the various store shelves within 60 minutes. My order arrived OVER 2 HOURS later. Only to be told it’s only 60 minutes “if we aren’t busy”. They also charge for delivery.. and don’t allow you to use your Checkers savings card with this service. So I’m actually PAYING MORE for VERY INADEQUATE service. They can’t even hold up to the name they chose for the program. Some mistakes you only need to make once.
