CHECKERS 60MINUTES - POOR SERVICE

Order placed 24/2 delivered 25/2 - no advice received of delivery and received two hours earlier than requested. Missing product and oranges 70% green. pre payment amount and actual requires difference to be refunded. My bank is awaitng authorisation to release refund to my account from Checkers. Unacceptable that i have now had to request this release from Checkers. Why are they not releasing immediately. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this type of service.Shocking.
