Checkers 60/60 should be renamed checkers 3 hours late

Order place just after 12h00 and eta was given as 14h00. Bit strange but ok. At 15h00 nothing moving on app so sent two messages. No response? At 15h30 still nothing no live shopping so made three calls to centre and finally got through on third call. Was told they are busy and new eta would be 16h30. They had sent watsap but nothing received. Live shopping started and got message that item was out of stock. Tried to change it but got message back shopping was finished and final payment had been made. Went to track driver and surprisingly he was outside my house at 16h40 but according to the app hadn't left he store? NOT THE SUNDAY AFTERNOON I HAD PLANNED Waiting for three hours without any information for a shopping order
