Checkers 6060 refuse to compensate for meat that's gone off

Bought groceries 0n the 27th which included meat. When repacking the meat I saw it was very dark with a fowl smell it was also very slipperyor slimy upon touchingit. I sent Sixty Sixty pics of it and even suggested someone to come and smell and feel it. They refuse to compensate for it.
