Checkers 60/60 more like 0/0!

On saturday 28th March i placed an order with Checkers 60/60 delivery hub.( place an order within 60 seconds and receive delivery within 60 minutes OR the earliest available timeslot in that day). Initially it said "bank authorisation unsuccessful". However, the amount was actually deducted off my bank account AND the promised delivery has not happened nearly two days later. I then contacted the Help Centre on Sunday via email and telephone and was told that someone would get back to me by soonest.... nobody has done so. So, Checkers have my R1027,50 and I have not received any groceries OR any communication from them at all and all subsequent efforts to contact them have been unsuccesful
