Checkers 60/60 is more like Checkers 3hours

I ordered from checkers 60 60 app at 09h53, it is now 11h23. I am still waiting for my delivery. I called the helpline and after being on the call for 28mins I am still waiting for my delivery. Payment went off and still I haven't received anything from checkers regarding my order.
