Checkers 60 *****ing Money

Checkers 60 is withholding customers money when orders are cancelled. One needs to keep calling and asking for their money daily. They are unable to provide proof that a reversal of payment has been made. They do not know who works at the accounts dept. No one can help you not even managers - you get passed around. Staff are completely unqualified. One month of grocery money is unaccounted for - please review all your bank statements! Make sure you have been refunded when certain things in your cart are cancelled etc. Will be taking this matter further, how many more people are they keeping money from making themselves rich. This is theft.
