Checkers 60 sixty kids scooters

Dear Checkers,

We bought 10 checkers 60 sixty scooters not even a month ago and 7 are BROKEN already!! I have gone back to our local Checkers ( VRYHEID , KWAZULU NATAL) to return them but they were only prepared to replace one and he was very unhelpful😔😢 I tried to phone Checkers complaints but the lady that answered was rude and totally *********** to help!!!! 😖😖😖😖 to which I feel is TOTALLY unacceptable!! The children were so excited about the bikes but they have been such a disappointment! 😔😔
