Checkers 60 Poor Poor service

I placed an order for Novalac Premium symbiotic through the app, but it appears that it was out of stock. Instead, they substituted it with another formula that I didn't select myself. In reality, who would substitute baby formula? I prefer to receive the original formula I ordered or have my money refunded.
