Checkers 60 never refunds.

I have been using checkers 60 weekly, I will no longer support them... when you are done shopping they "reserve" payment, that's then already deducted from your account, when they are done shopping the amount is way less, but you don't get the refund back into your account?? How does that work? I have called customer care they said it takes almost 7 business days... I have been waiting more than 2 weeks for 1 out of the 4 orders to be reversed. Such a shame, as this is helpful for people with a busy schedule.. but you have lost my support and if you continue like this I can say you will lose a lot of other clients as well.
