CHECKERS 60 MINUTES *******

Their 60 minute web page states that the payment is put on hold till an invoice is generated when goods are delivered. In all of the instances that I have used it the full amount of the basket is whipped from my Standard Bank account immediately. And even although not all goods are delivered, I have never once received a refund for missing items. Same happened yesterday to the tune of just under R200. I contacted them straight away, but apparently they are so popular it will take time. Why? Surely if you state your service works in a certain way, it should work that way. This is unacceptable theft from a customers account. Still no response from them. It is a pity, as service is good except for charging for goods not delivered. Something very wrong. Buyers please be aware and check, what you paid for is what you received.
