Checkers 60 min cannot keep to their promises.

I ordered some groceries on the checkers 60min app and after I paid for my order online I was told that it will only be delivered 4 hours lata. Why does it state that groceries will be delivered in 60 min when they don't have enough delivery vehicles. It is utterly disappointing when they make promises that can't be kept and the person I spoke to was not helpful at all. Please checkers 60 min don't make promises you cannot keep.
