Checkers 60 False advertising

I'm beyond angry and disappointed at the service I received from 60 sixty today. I made an order at 13:50 and my order was set to be delivered at 16:38 latest. I accepted this because majority of the times, orders delivery give a different delivery time due to loadshedding but actually arrive within the appropriate time frame. It's 17:05 and my order is still not here. My initial order was going to be with pick n pay asap via Mr D but because they had stated on their app that they are unable to deliver (which I applaud them for) I decided to get my order via sixty 60. I had to call checkers 60's call center twice cause my order still hasn't arrived and the last agent I spoke to was VERY RUDE, her name is Tamela or something like that. I requested to speak to her manager and she told me her manager won't help me with anything and will definitely tell me the same thing that she has told me. All I want is my order that I have already paid for. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
