checkers 60 delivery guy dumped my ordered items outside my building on the road

delivery to your door means exactly that...DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR!...My ordered items were dumped out on the pavement next to my building out on the road and the delivery guy just drove off! I PAY FOR MY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR SO I DONT HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE! Whats worse I am disabled due to a stroke, so now I must crawl downstairs and back with my ordered items??? You people are DISGUSTING!!! my order no. is ***9. Thank god i was able to reverse the tip i gave to the driver. I can tell you this much, I WILL NEVER EVER tip the drivers ever again!
