Checkers 60 app.. Thumbs down!

So dissatisfied with the call center agents Asiphe and Valentino the last 2 agents i spoke to regarding items that were ordered on the checkers60 app. RUDE AND ABRUPT... there was a time your agents were friendly and patient. Items that are ordered on the app are picked poorly and expire quickly.
