Checkers 60 app , No assistance for refund

Checkers 60 App Last week sunday i ordered food on the checkers 60 app. I received my order while unpacking i realised halve of my order is not there. I immediatly sent a email from their app.I also phoned their help line about 4 times(holding for more than 40min) and no answer every time. On monday i tried again.same story.phoned the store it was sent from.10 min later someone phoned and promised me a refund. Still nothing.i have phoned about 5 times since still holding 30min, no answer.i have sent lots of emails.even the store has sent emails.

No one gets back to me.
