Checkers 60 60 fail

Checkers 60 60 totally failed today. I ordered basic meat items and tomatoes, with 2 other small items. Only the 2 small items arrived and now they are holding my money in "credit" until my next purchase! What supermarket does not have meat or tomatoes??
