Checkers 60 60 are useless

I placed my order on the 60 60 app at 14:00 yesterday, they promised delivery by 18:00 as stated on the app however nothing arrived!!!!!!! I tried multiple times to get hold of customer care but alas no one answered!!!!!!! My baby had to go without having her cereal!!!!! You'll are useless!!!!! And no form of communication from you'll apologizing for the delay. I open my app this morning only to see that my order was canceled!!!!!!!! By whom???? Because it certainly was not me!!!!!!!!! You'll still have my money!!!!! I want it refunded into my bank account and not as credit on my app!!
