Checkers 60 60 app

I have used this app a year with no problems until today. I never received my order, told to replace my order, yet the same driver was assigned and again I never received my order and I was charged with both deliveries. As a person working in the transport industry I find this to be absolutely unacceptable. How can you charge a client for things they never received and then keep less of the amount they paid as "credit" when they have to go and buy whatever they ordered while Checkers has my money and deducted a delivery fee for an *********** driver who cannot follow a GPS and read delivery information.
