Checkers 360 service unsatisfactory

I order a lot from Checkers. On a few occasions I have had an issue where they just replace items with whatever they feel like. Apparently we get 3 minutes to choose an alternative item. No way is it enough time because you get kicked out before you can choose anything. Their system does not allow me to only send back the item I didn't order in the first place. I have to reject the entire order. Now how long must I wait for my refund? Checkers clearly has no problem losing customers.
