Checkers 360 missing groceries

I ordered groceries today as per my normal with order number *** it shows on the app that it was delivered , I stay alone and I have not received my groceries this is so sad that my last money just disappeared and there’s nothing you guys can do for me to help . I normally order using this app every month and have never had issues
