Checkers 360 is not useable

I have family coming for supper tonight, snowed under with work. Ordered 2 x ready made meals, vegetables etc. I deliberately did not choose an alternative as I did not want any of the alternatives. But they have done so and now I have over R 350 worth of food that I cannot eat, my guests will not eat. I phoned the help line. The woman was extremely rude. I have also had the experience of a driver who was rude to me but I brushed it off. This is unacceptable. Why not phone the client and tell them. Now I have to find time to rush off to the shops and spend extra money. This is the last time that I will ever use Checkers360. It costs too much money and staff are appalling.
