Checkers

I contacted Checkers on the 29th of January inquiring about the miscalculation they made on my bill. I since then have emailed Checkers twice since then, however no response. The amount owing to me, Im sure seems frivolous to such a big Giant, but to me it's a day that I cant feed my boys. Yes, that's why I buy 12 x 500g Pasta, thats 12 days I can feed my boys something they love, and yet after 7 days, 3 emails to them, Checkers wont answer as to why they charged R33 for 2 packets, instead as advertised R20 for 2 packets.
