Checkers

Yesterday morning I went to Checkers KwaDukuza, on entering I asked a security gaurd(lady) where I could be assisted to withdraw using OM number she politely directed me. When I got there a gentleman on the other side of the counter(Siyanda Artwell Dube) welcomed me with great respect, professionalism and outstanding customer service. From there I went to get my son his favorite meal(vetkoek & mince). However my experience with the cashier(Smangele Khumalo) was nothing like the first and 2nd, she had a bad attitude from the minute I greeted her till I left. But I still give you guys 5* for the outstanding customer service I received before her. It wold be good for the establishment to assist her in the area of good customer service.
