Checkers 180 NOT 60

Has checkers sixty now become checkers 180 that I don't know of? I placed my order at 15h08 and only received it 18h06. I feel that somewhere in your terms and conditions you should tell us what happens if you break your promise of 60minutes. This was not the first time I had to wait more than 60minutes, other times it just wasn't as bad. Very very poor service. I feel that you need to find a way to remedy this situation. I should not be the one getting the short end of the stick.
