I have been using this service for about 3 months now every week sometimes 2 s******s at a time.

Thursday afternoon placed a order for R700 Money got deducted and delivery guy was on his way for a good 30mins before even leaving.

Placed the order 4PM order arrived 6PM NOTHING 60 about that.

When this delivery guy arrived it was one bag only the rest of the stuff wasn't even with him. On the app it showed as out of stock ..... we usually get a msg to choose something else if out of stock. All items which was not brought was items needed for that nights food. More than half the stuff was out of stock and it was just left there

Now we have to wait 3+ days for the rest of the money to return instead of just bringing the stuff we bought! The sugar we received was extremely hard also cant pour it into anything which have to be thrown away!!!!

Poor communication and Poor service

Won't be using it again
